It is for you  to communicate and get the real picture of fitness and health within our local communities.

The aim of our sessions: to enable everyone who comes to our sessions to achive own goals. It could be weight loss, tone up, improved fitness, social aspects, rehabilitation, or personal challenges!!

WE ARE THE NUMBER 1 FITNESS PROVIDER WITHIN THE ROWLANDS GILL AREA. WE ARE THE MOST EXPERIENCED, WE ARE THE ONLY ~INSANITY & BOKWA~ INSTRUCTOR LICENCED TO TEACH IN THE ROWLANDS GILL AND BURNOPFIELD AREA AND QUALIFIED FITNESS COMPANY IN THE NE39 AREA!! WITH 13+YEARS PERSONAL HANDS ON EXPERIENCE. WE ARE QUITE SIMPLY THE BEST IN THIS AREA. IF YOU WANT REAL RESULTS, COME TO THE BEST!!

We offer Personal Training within the home or work environment or you may prefer to take part in one of our many Community Fitness Classes including ~BOKWA~ or FITCAMPS offered. (see Class Info and Timetable for more details) If you have any ideas for new classes please tell us, you never know...

If you know of a venue local you let us know, we may be able to start a  class local to you!!

We have done work within the school environment taking sessions from ages 3 and onwards. Our primary sessions cover ABC work (agility, balance and co-ordination) working with the school guidelines. Offering Secondary school training covers aerobic and conditioning work, this could be Insanity, BOKWA, Circuits, Step, FitCamp, Free Weights, Cardio Training, Running fitness sessions, we adapt to fit in with the schools goals and aims.

We also offer  staff sessions. This could be pre-school hours, lunch-time or after-school, again we adapt to the staff preference. Please enquire as soon as possible as the feedback on all our school session has been overwelming, popular times sessions will not be on offer for long.. 

We have current CRB clearance, Sports First Aid up-to-date, Full liability Insurance and we only teach what we are qualified to teach.. ( see Qualifications page )

Every week we will be writing a 'blog' keeping everyone up to date with classes events and general information, so please feel free to add your own 'snippet'.

We are always updating our pages so please keep checking with us..
